Systems Immunology

Our research focuses on using a system-level approach to integrate and analyze the high-dimensional datasets to understand the virus interactions with liver and brain cancer molecular mechanisms. We use a variety of various Omics (RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq) and combine them with a network-level approach and small molecule screening to illuminate the molecular-level events of genomic regulation in virus interactions and cancer and interrogate the therapeutic targets.
